We will develop futuristic cities by combining digital technologies such as data centers, high-speed network and AI with cutting-edge semiconductors with natural energy, storage battery systems, automatic driving EV, drones and smart houses to realize a carbon zero society.

This is a “tailor-made futuristic city” designed to solve the social issues faced by each country and town.
This can only be realized by BOND’s ecosystem (partner companies) because it includes the world’s top-tier semiconductor companies, renewable energy providers, storage battery manufacturers and so on.

What makes BOND’s futuristic cities significantly different from conventional smart cities is that we are not only pursuing functionality and comfort but also considering the human warmth that is uniquely Japanese as the most important concept of our project.

The warmth of wooden architecture, spatial design that allows people to interact with each other, landscaping that blends in with the natural environment, and healthy living.
We believe that incorporating these elements of “wellness living” is the most important.
